RAJPOL Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Bielany may update the Policy. In such cases, the Policy, as amended, will be published on this website and, where appropriate, a notice will also be posted on the Portal homepage. Please check the content of this page from time to time for changes we have made.
The Policy applies to all Portal Users, including Customers of the Online Shop. The Policy applies to any action taken by the Administrator as a result of:
for the Portal User or Client to make contact via the e-mail address found under the “CONTACT” tab;
placing an Order and concluding a Sales Contract;
to send you the Portal’s newsletter if you request to be contacted by us for this purpose.

processing of enquiries made via the e-mail address in the “CONTACT” section – personal data is used to respond to your enquiries. This is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to serve all visitors to the Website. We process personal data for this purpose for the duration of the handling of the request;
placing an Order and concluding a Sales Agreement – we use your personal data to finalise the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. These activities include handling the process of processing the submitted Order, concluding the Sales Contract, invoicing. The basis for the processing of the data is the conclusion of the Sales Agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The provision of personal data is voluntary, but without the provision of such data we will not be able to conclude and perform the Sales Agreement;
documenting the conclusion of the Agreement for tax purposes – we use the data to comply with statutory obligations incumbent on us, in particular in the scope of tax laws. We store personal data for the time necessary, among other things, to settle the concluded Agreements with the competent tax authorities, but no longer than until the expiry of the period for the statute of limitations for claims under tax laws and the Accounting Act; the basis for data processing is the conclusion of the Sales Agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
to send you the Website newsletter – we may process your personal data in order to send you our newsletter to the email address you have provided; the basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We process personal data in this category until you withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
obtain feedback – we may use your personal data to gather feedback on, for example, our Products, the work of our customer service department and the performance of our Sales Agreements; To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also monitor and record communications with you, including email correspondence and telephone calls, to ensure quality of service and to keep you informed about the performance of the Agreement. The basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving our procedures in the process of concluding Contracts as well as post-contract service. We process your data for the duration of your use of the Website.
In order to provide our services and products, we may, where appropriate, share personal data, in accordance with applicable law and subject to prior information or consent from the customer, with third parties, including third parties from countries outside the European Economic Area – hereafter referred to as the EEA, where privacy laws differ from those applicable within the EEA:

We restrict access to your personal data, to a select group of authorised employees. These employees have access to this data for the proper performance of their duties and only when necessary in the scope of their employment duties.

In such cases, we require such third parties to keep the information confidential and secure and to use it only to provide us with the service or product in question. We work with entities that ensure the highest standard of data protection. Third parties are: entities providing courier, postal, legal, tax, accounting, auditing, media archiving, IT and marketing services to the Administrator.
We may share your data in order to detect and prevent criminal activity, e.g. money laundering, theft, fraud, terrorism, as well as cybercrime.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and have taken appropriate measures to do so, including the implementation of solutions to protect your personal data, which include technical safeguards and appropriate internal procedures. These solutions can include, but are not limited to, passwords, encryption, anti-virus protection, firewalls, intrusion and anomaly detection and access control for our employees.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter in any way you wish, including by emailing hello@pola-snacks.pl or by post to our mailing address. Any unsubscribing from the receipt of marketing or commercial information will be documented accordingly.
